About the course
If you are fed up with your tendency to procrastinate and want to take control over your behaviour, and your study behaviour in particular, the 'Stop procrastination' course may be just what you need. This course will teach you how to motivate yourself and get to work. Within four weeks you will have all the knowledge and techniques you need to control your procrastinating behaviour.

What do we expect from you?

  1. This course consists of several sessions. Participation is only possible if you can attend all sessions.
