About the course
Do you often feel tense and do you worry al lot? Would you say you are a perfectionist? Do you often feel like you could still do more to prepare for an exam? Or do you have a tendency to procrastinate things so as to not feel stressed? Then this course may be something for you!
In this course, you will learn how to deal with fear (of failure) and the expectations you place on yourself. You then map what you would like to change, and how you might do that. You will learn that unpleasant feelings are part of life, and you will learn to deel with them in a flexible way by making space for thos feelings here and now. You will also practice creative ways in which to take severe thoughts less seriously. Instead of acting on autopilot, you learn to consciously choose the behaviour you find fitting. Listening to stories from other studies in the group can also help.
Do you experience stress in your studies (exams, presentations, or being called on in class)? Or do you experience stress in your social life (parties, meeting with others, calling to arrange something)? Good to know: this course is for everyone who think they have a fear of failure, in whatever field that may be.
