Are you feeling stressed about a certain exam or resit? The 'Managing exam stress' workshop focuses on stress during or just before exams.
This workshop comprises a brief explanation of the effects that stress has on your brain and your memory. A number of practical exercises will show how to deal with stress while sitting exams so that you can perform optimally.
You will also be given a few practical tips on how to study as effectively as possible.
