Over de cursus
Everyone sleeps badly now and then, but when it controls your life and you get through the day tired and exhausted, it might be a good idea to do something about it. Sleeping well is very important to be able to study in a focused way during the day. Also, it provides you with enough energy to do enjoyable things in your spare time.
In this course of two meetings, you will gain insight into the factors that may play a role in your sleeping problems and you will learn strategies to reduce these problems by changing your sleep environment and your sleep pattern.
We are going to take a closer look at the habits you have developed in the morning, the afternoon, the evening, and even in the night itself; What contributes to a good night sleep and what behaviours or habits do you have to change?
Please note: this course is not intended for students with severe insomnia; they are advised to contact their general practitioner for a referral or further support.
