Over de cursus
Do you often feel tense and do you worry a lot? Would you say you are a perfectionist? Do you often feel like you could still do more when you've already worked hard? Or do you have a tendency to procrastinate so as not to feel stressed? Then you may suffer from Fear of Failure. This fear can affect the way you perform academically and/or socially.
In this course you will learn to identify and let go of some high demands that you set yourself. There are different ways to work on that: relaxation exercises, analyzing thoughts and testing them in terms of reality and start doing things again that you would normally avoid. Hearing other PhD’s stories and realizing you're not the only one also helps a lot. Based on REBT and ACT.
