For whom
This group is for students who are somewhat familiar with Mindfulness practice. Emphasis is on silent meditation; mindfulness of breath or sitting with open attention.
About the sessions
Knowing that it is hard to practice solo, and knowing that it takes a long time to integrate meditation in your life, the ongoing meditation group is meant to give you the opportunity to practice with others, at a specific time and place. You can join for four months, which is about 16 sessions.
The sessions consist of about 15 minutes of guided breath and body work, 30 minutes of (silent) meditation and 15 minutes of conversation and reflection.
Date and time: every Thursday from 9-10 a.m.
